Why can't I program my 8085C with different cool times?

On the 8085C the time slots set in heat will transfer over to cool there for the cool times can not be independently set.
Also the heat and cool temperatures can not be set closer than 3 degrees. Genarally you want the same time periods in the heat and cool and the cool temp is higher than the heat temp.
