Rite Temp thermostats are currently available for single stage heat pumps and heat pumps with auxiliary heat. If you have an emergency heat switch, a W2 wire, and/or X wire, and/or an E wire on your current thermostat, you need a Rite Temp thermostat model 8010, 8050C, 8082C or 8085C to replace it.
